Communication during The Governors Honors Academy
Communication During The Governor’s Honors Academy Over the years, we have found electronic communication devices to be a distraction during the Governor’s Honors Academy. Therefore, GHA participants are not allowed to have any electronic communication device during the day. They will be able to communicate via cell phone and texting after they have returned to University Housing in the evening.
If you have an emergency and need to contact your student during the Governor’s Honors Academy, please call Shaylee Lamoreaux at 435.572.0174.
You may communicate with your student during GHA via email by e-mailing gha@suu.edu. E-mails will be printed off and delivered each morning during announcements.
If you would like to send your student any mail, please mail it to: Governor’s Honors Academy
